Companies that must report greenhouse gas (GHG) data for facilities and suppliers covered by 40 CFR 98 must first submit a valid Certificate of Representation through EPA’s electronic Greenhouse Gas Reporting Tool (e-GGRT).  The deadline for this "registration" step is January 30, 2011.  Details on registration can be found at: www.epa.gov/climatechange/emissions/e-ggrt_registration.html.  As a reminder, the GHG report deadline for 2010 calendar year follows on March 31, 2011.
