Under the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970, OSHA’s role is to assure safe and healthful working conditions for working men and women.  This is done through a series of laws and regulations that require a company’s proactive approach to health and safety to protect those individuals in their employ. 

As part of our compliance and auditing support services, EHS Support can conduct health and safety reviews in all types of facilities in accordance with laws and regulations to help determine if the necessary programs are in place and discover any areas of improvement.  Companies can use the results of the review to identify areas of the business where enhancement of health and safety is warranted to prevent incidents and violations, improve communication amongst employees, and increase employee productivity.  Ultimately, a good safety record will further the public perception of that business.
