Kris Spikes

Ms. Spikes has nine years of professional experience providing supervisory and technical support for surface and subsurface petroleum and hazardous waste field investigations and environmental site assessments specifically related to geology and hydrogeology. Ms. Spikes has assisted in remediation technology through design, implementation, and operation of soil and groundwater treatment systems. Remediation experience includes air sparging, soil vapor extraction, dual-phase extraction, in-situ injection treatment, natural attenuation and source removal.

Ms. Spikes also has a background in health and safety management relating to hazardous waste operations and emergency response. She has provided safety training, developed and implemented air monitoring programs, and acted as an on-site safety officer for multiple U.S. EPA Superfund sites. In addition, Ms. Spikes has provided health and safety services to program-specific contracts, developed Site Specific Safety and Health Plans, maintained OSHA compliance, performed internal safety auditing; and developed and implemented safety incentive programs.
